Soulful Embodied Conversations: The Podcast.

Listen in as Tajah Schall and Rachael Collins aim to contemplate how to support humans connecting across different sociocultural locations in an embodied way. How can we as humans begin to lessen our divide - with each other, with the natural world, and with spirit? An experiential podcast for helping professionals, activists, and those simply interested in doing something differently. The invitation is to contemplatively listen, feel, move your body, engage and be inspired.

Spring Retreat: Nourish Your Story

Spring is the time of year when the natural world bursts into bloom - energy begins to move and emerge. It is a great time of the year to honor what has fallen away in our lives, and hold and begin to nurture what is emerging.

“Grief is a shameless dreamer who thinks nothing of healing impossible despair head-on, of reionizing impossible situations, of healing impossible sickness, of depolarizing impossible hard headed people. Grief thinks nothing of impossibility, only of what makes life more deliciously alive.” ~Martín Prechtel, The Smell of Rain on dust

This retreat may be for you if you are feeling ready/curious/called to step into the delicious aliveness of your life.

Together we will call on the interwoven supports of rhythm, ritual, community, storytelling and nature to move what needs to be moved.

If you are longing for…

  • Community

  • Movement around feelings of stuckness in your life

  • Ritual to embrace what is emerging

  • A place to explore your relationship to Grief & Praise

…this may be for you.

  • Essentially this practice is one of embracing our Grief as well as our Praise. As Martín Prechtel states: “Grief is the best friend of Praise, because Praise is a grandiose griever! Without both Grief and Praise, life is only hate and mediocrity. Grief and Praise are renters whose landlord is Love.”

Being human is messy. As humans, we were never meant to hold it all alone. And yet, modern society (white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, etc.) has deeply disconnected human beings from nature, from Source, from each other and from our bodies.

Isolation, depression and anxiety are at an all time high. As a society, we have gotten so good at dodging our feelings. We use substances, social media, sex, etc. to disconnect. And yet, the only way out is through. The only way to access true connection and community is to allow yourself to be seen in your vulnerability and messiness. The only way to access joy and vibrancy is to make space for grief.

Come spend the day in the mountains of Golden, Colorado. Be remembered as a part of the natural world.
This is a mini-retreat to support embodiment, connection to land, and connection to your heart.

No prior experience necessary! Our container will hold each person where they are. This is open to all bodies, all neurotypes, and all levels of experience with ritual, movement and the natural world.

Equitable Pricing Model

We believe that mental and spiritual health is every human’s right. We recognize that the ‘market rate’ disproportionately impacts folks who face financial hardship, racism, sexism, ableism, etc. We use an equitable pricing model as a tool for economic and social justice, while supporting the sustainability of my own practice.
