I see the weight of this loss, the weight of what can never be, the weight of what feels like it will never move.

Grief is a heavy experience to hold alone. Nor is it meant to be. We grieve collectively, yet the burden of grief is often left on an individual to bear.

Grief can also be mysterious - it can come in waves at unpredictable times. It can knock us down, sideways, and in a way where we might not know which way is up any longer.

Grief is a natural part of life, but one that often gets stuck in our humanness, unsupported, untended, unheld.

Grief requires us to be broken and to flow like the ocean - sometimes peacefully and sometimes violently.

Ritual offers a sacred container for grief to move and dance in the way it’s meant to.

With the support of the natural world, our ancestors and helping spirits, I help folks move deep into their grieving process. These Grief Rituals are a sacred partnership - between spirit, myself, and the human(s) I’m working with. We enter into the mystery together in support of integration, so that what needs movement can move, and what needs to be rooted can take hold.

We’ll first get to know each other, and make sure this is the right experience for you. If we move forwards, I’ll send you a more detailed form.

Intention Setting

We’ll then have a session to engage with Spirit and set the intentions for your Grief Ritual, so that we can meet the moment on the day.

1-3 hour

Grief Ritual

Your Grief Ritual will be entirely unique to you. It can be experienced individually or collectively, on the sacred land I steward in Colorado.

Reciprocity

I offer these rituals in deep communion with spirit, and as a way of making reparations, honoring the land, and giving back to my community. As the nature of your ritual begins to take form, we will discuss a monetary contribution that feels mutually sound.
