Commitment: I am offering one 90-minute shamanic healing session per month
About: I am a recent graduate of a professional three-year program in shamanic healing, building on a 25-year career as a licensed acupuncturist and following a 20 year-career as a yoga teacher. I love helping others cultivate and access the wisdom of their body, mind and spiritual resources to cultivate physical vitality, clarity, creativity and overall wellness.
Lineage of Study: My studies include a three-year residency at the Kripalu Yoga Center, a masters degree in acupuncture, a masters degree in the history of science and a bachelors’ degree in religious studies. My certification in shamanic studies was guided by Susan Feathers and informed by core shamanism and the work of shamanic practitioners from a variety of traditions. I continue to engage in shamanic studies relating to ancestral healing, building healing relationships with the land, and social justice. Learning more about celtic and scandinavian lineages guides my interests as well.
Location: My office is in Columbia, Missouri.
Style of Work: Clients are tended either in person or on zoom.
Shamanic Support: Helping clients access spiritual nourishment and learning how to connect reliably with their helping spirits; disentangling energetic attachments through cord-cutting; reclaiming personal power and building inner resources through power retrieval and soul retrieval are the main focuses of my work with clients.
Years in Practice: I began seeing clients for shamanic healing in 2024.
